Mindteck BOARD MEETING FOR RESULTS & CLOSURE OF TRADING WINDOW

Mindteck (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 12 2016 inter alia to consider approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31 2015.

Further the Trading Window of the Company will be closed from January 28 2016 to February 14 2016 (both days inclusive) as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015.

Mindteck is a Founding Member of 'Atlas online' at Harvard University.

As part of our Mindteck Cares corporate social responsibility endeavors, Mindteck is a Founding Member of The Atlas online for The Center for International Development (CID) at Harvard University. The Atlas is an interactive tool that provides visualizations of growth opportunities for over one hundred countries worldwide. Investors, policymakers, entrepreneurs, and any other interested users are able to visualize a country's total trade, see which products are produced and exported, track how these dynamics change over time, view data outputs to see possibilities for fueling economic growth, and much more.
The Atlas can answer questions, such as:
  • Atlas onlineWhich new industries are likely to emerge in a given geography? Which is likely to disappear?
  • What are the GDP growth prospects of a given country in the next
    5-10 years, based on its productive capabilities?
  • What are the drivers of export growth?
Over the past seven months, a Mindteck team has provided technical advisory and development services, including infrastructure upgrades, beta application testing, user interface enhancements, technology road mapping, and 'Build Your Story' feature development.
Currently the team is working on the next phase of the project that entails improving visualization load performance and Build Your Story functionality as well as developing a new app.
